Session Breakdown
✨ Session 1: Svadhyaya – Gaining awareness of your self-care needs and energy cycles. (Ayurvedic lens: daily rhythm, noticing your natural energy highs and lows)
✨ Session 2: Svadhyaya – Identifying habits that drain you and introducing nourishing replacements. (Ayurvedic lens: balancing food, drink, and lifestyle choices, including alcohol)
✨ Session 3: Tapas – Cultivating the opposite of limiting patterns. (Ayurvedic lens: building small, energizing rituals to spark vitality)
✨ Session 4: Ishvara Pranidhana – Releasing control over things beyond your influence. (Somatic practices + Ayurvedic calming techniques, e.g. warm oil self-massage, grounding foods)
✨ Session 5: Exploring fear – Meeting the fear beneath control patterns. (Somatic release + Ayurvedic practices for calming the nervous system)
✨ Session 6: Mastering emotions – Building resilience and learning to reset. (Ayurvedic lens: herbs, teas, breath practices to support mood and energy)
