Hi, I'm Kasia.
My path has been shaped by transition, challenge, and deep listening. Living abroad, navigating career changes, motherhood, relationship strain, and periods of physical and emotional exhaustion taught me what it feels like to lose touch with oneself — and how essential it is to come back.
In recent years, my body became my greatest teacher. Chronic pain and periods of forced slowing down invited me to stop pushing, to listen more closely, and to rebuild trust with my body. Through Ayurveda and embodied yoga, I didn’t “fix” myself — I learned to relate differently: with more presence, respect, and compassion for my limits. These practices helped me reconnect with my inner resources, clarify what truly nourishes me, and anchor decisions in embodied truth rather than effort or expectation. From this place, my work was born — not as a solution to be imposed, but as a space to be held.
Today, as an embodied life coach and somatic yoga guide, I support women who are navigating important life transitions. Many of the women I work with are professional mothers who feel overwhelmed by the pressure of holding everything together — family, career, and personal expectations.
At some point, they realize they have lost connection with themselves. My work helps women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and rebuild the inner clarity and self-trust needed to move forward in a way that feels aligned.
My approach combines somatic awareness, gentle movement, breathwork, and reflective coaching to support both emotional regulation and deeper self-understanding.
Because when women reconnect with themselves, clarity begins to emerge naturally.
