A somatic workshop combining the gentle practices of somatic yoga with mindful pottery, inviting you to reconnect with your body and deepen and embody your trust.
Open to all women, no prior experience required.
The workshop is held in English and French.
Includes:
– 1 hour of somatic yoga
– A resourcing break with Ayurvedic-inspired snacks
